Mother's Day came and I was hit with a
severe case of the I miss my Momma
blues.

ReplyDeleteMother's Day is always a mixed emotion day.
When my mom first passed away, I didn't want anything to do with the "holiday". My children were young and I don't think I realized how much they missed "celebrating" mother's day. After about 16 years of 'not talking about it' I have learned to my children need to be able to love me the way I loved my mom on OUR special day.
